Historic day for Dubai - today the metro will be officialy open for public! 09 September 2009 is a date to remember!
Here is a galleria at Mall of the Emirates getting ready for the evening inauguration ceremony which will be done by Shaikh Mohammad himself at 09pm. But apparently the crowd is kept at distance from the central area. I thought that I can go down to MoE to see opening ceremony and Shaikh of course, but I'd better stay home and buy tomorrow's newspaper.
